This dataset contains water temperature, sediments, nutrients, oxygen, pH, pCO2, plankton, and other variables taken by CTD, Niskin bottles, and bottom samples from research vessels Xiangyanghong 6 and Xiangyanghong 19 in the North Pacific Ocean. These projects collect marine sediment sample and suspended matter and other variables at the west of Western Mariana Submarine Ridge. The aim of the projects was to determine the sediment source of the marine sediment and palaeoenvironment evolution and air-sea interactions.

These are US State Department MSR cruises U2014-024, U2014-028, and U2015-034. These data are part of the World Data Services for Oceanography and Geophysics. Data are in XLS, reports are in PDF.
