WMS service of the urban development plan “Noise Protection Wall A 8 Zone 4” of the municipality of Niefern-Öschelbronn, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.尼费恩-厄舍尔布隆（Niefern-Öschelbronn）市"8A区4号隔音屏障"城市发展规划对应的网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS），其数据基于版本5.0的XPlanung数据集，并已按照欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE，Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community）的规范完成转换。
