Traffic accident indicators by region

Elaboration of the Piedmont Region on ISTAT data of road accidents with injuries, with minimum territorial aggregation Region. The dataset contains the number of accidents, the number of deaths, the number of injured, the mortality index, the injury index and the aggregate severity index for AIT, Spati di Integrazione Territoriale del Piemonte, according to the ISTAT code of the municipality assigned to each accident. Some definitions of dataset attributes and how the indicator is calculated: Anno_inc = Accident year N_accidents = Number of road accidents with injuries Nr_tot_dead = Number of deaths in road accidents with injuries Nr_wounds = Number of injured in road accidents with injuries Index_mortalita = no. deaths/no. accidents * 100 [dead per 100 accidents] Index_lesivita = No. injured/n. accidents * 100 [injured every 100 accidents] Gravity Index = No. dead/(n. dead + injured number) * 100 [dead per 100 deaths+wounds]本数据集基于意大利国家统计研究所（ISTAT）发布的涉伤道路交通事故数据，针对皮埃蒙特（Piedmont）地区开展统计分析，以大区作为最小地域聚合单元。数据集依据每起事故所属市镇的ISTAT编码，统计了皮埃蒙特地域整合空间（AIT，Spazi di Integrazione Territoriale del Piemonte）的事故总起数、死亡人数、受伤人数、死亡率指数、受伤率指数及综合严重度指数。 以下为数据集属性定义及指标计算规则： Anno_inc：事故年份 N_accidents：涉伤道路交通事故总起数 Nr_tot_dead：涉伤道路交通事故中的死亡总人数 Nr_wounds：涉伤道路交通事故中的受伤总人数 Index_mortalita（死亡率指数）：（死亡总人数 / 事故总起数）× 100 [每100起事故对应的死亡人数] Index_lesivita（受伤率指数）：（受伤总人数 / 事故总起数）× 100 [每100起事故对应的受伤人数] Gravity Index（综合严重度指数）：（死亡总人数 / (死亡总人数 + 受伤总人数)）× 100 [每100名涉伤伤亡者对应的死亡人数]
