Reviewer Evidence and Reproducibility Archive for "Evaluating the Limits of Latent-Grid Conditional Diffusion for Partially Observed Multivariate Time Series"

This archive accompanies the manuscript “Evaluating the Limits of Latent-Grid Conditional Diffusion for Partially Observed Multivariate Time Series.” It contains aggregate result tables, bootstrap and calibration reports, manifests and SHA-256 ledgers, frozen evaluation configurations, author-written analysis and reconstruction scripts, and the t-PatchGNN adapter used for the reported USHCN forecasting comparison. It supports archive-level verification of the reported aggregate results; it does not claim end-to-end retraining from raw data. Raw third-party datasets, prediction shards, model checkpoints, and external source trees are excluded and remain governed by their original terms. The Jena 2021 evaluation is descriptive validation because its temporal boundary was revised after the data source was opened. Code authored for this archive is licensed under the MIT License; aggregate results, documentation, and figures are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. Third-party materials are excluded from both grants.
