KoMiGaPf2025_DSC: Digital Still Camera (DSC) Macro Image Dataset of Kozo, Mitsumata, and Gampi Fibers, Captured with Olympus Tough TG-5

This dataset, referred to as KoMiGaPf2025_DSC, contains 900 JPG macro images of three paper fibers: Kozo, Mitsumata, and Gampi. All samples were captured using an Olympus Tough TG-5 digital still camera (DSC), following the methodology described in our previous studies. The camera was set to microscope mode with autofocus, an aperture value of f/6.3, 4× magnification, and a focal length of 18 mm. An LED light guide (LG-1; Olympus, Tokyo, Japan) was used to ensure uniform illumination. Each image measures 4000×3000 pixels.
