Data for: Ecological effects and effectiveness of silvicultural restoration treatments in whitebark pine forests

Data and associated R code scripts to perform the intervention detection method we used to detect growth releases and suppressions in whitebark pine trees in silvicultural restoration treatments. The intervention detection source code is provided here to allow use or modification of this method by other researchers. The method is designed to work with tree ring time series data. To run our analysis, place all files provided here into a single folder and run the "Intervention detection core execution code.r" script in the R environment.本数据集包含用于执行干预检测（intervention detection）方法的数据及配套R脚本，该方法用于在营林恢复处理中检测白皮松（whitebark pine）的生长释放（growth release）与生长抑制（growth suppression）情况。本数据集提供该干预检测的源代码，以供其他研究人员使用或修改此方法。该方法适配树轮时间序列数据。若要复现本研究的分析流程，请将本数据集提供的所有文件置于同一文件夹中，并在R环境中运行"Intervention detection core execution code.r"脚本。
