Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Perimeter of the PPRi of the Loing Amont Valley (department of Loiret)

This dataset contains the boundaries at the different stages of the development of the PPRN. The characteristic of these perimeters is to be the consequence of an official act and to produce their effects from a specified date. This is the following: — prescribed scope contained in the prescription order of a PPR (natural or technological); — scope of risk exposure that corresponds to the scope regulated by the approved RPP. This approved perimeter is a utility easement (PM1 for PPRNs and PM3 for PPRTs); — scope of study which corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied.本数据集收录了PPRN（PPRN）开发各阶段的边界范围。此类边界范围均由官方行政行为确立，并自指定生效日期起产生法律效力。具体包含以下三类： — 包含于PPR（PPR）审批令中的法定范围，涵盖自然类与技术类两种场景； — 对应获批RPP（RPP）所规制范围的风险暴露范围，该获批边界属于公用役权范畴，其中PPRN对应PM1，PPRT对应PM3； — 研究范围，即针对各类风险隐患开展研究时所覆盖的空间边界。
