This dataset is related to soil properties, fungal communities, and mite and collembolan communities across forest stands with varying arbuscular mycorrhizal tree dominance (AMTD) using a long-term field experiment at two depths in two seasons with varying tree species combinations (totally 288 soil samples collected from 72 plots along a gradient of AMTD: 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100%).
