FRM Target Areas

Flood Risk Management Target Areas (FRM TA's) are a geographical dataset that identifies areas which are the focus of targeted flood risk management objectives and actions, as identified in Scotland’s National Flood Risk Management Plans 2021. FRM TA's are located within Potentially Vulnerable Areas (PVA's) which are a broader unit of management, though in some case the FRM TA can comprise an entire PVA. The actions and objectives of each FRM TA are identified in the Flood Risk Management (FRM) Plans.These 444 areas are reviewed and updated throughout the FRM cycle, our latest amendments were made on 22 December 2021.洪水风险管理目标区域（Flood Risk Management Target Areas，缩写为FRM TA）是一类地理数据集，用于识别苏格兰2021年国家洪水风险管理计划中明确的、需开展针对性洪水风险管理目标与行动的重点区域。FRM TA均隶属于更宽泛的管理单元——潜在脆弱区域（Potentially Vulnerable Areas，缩写为PVA），但在部分情形下，单个FRM TA可覆盖完整的PVA范围。各FRM TA的行动与目标均已在洪水风险管理（Flood Risk Management，缩写FRM）计划中明确标注。本次数据集涵盖的444个区域将随洪水风险管理周期进行评审与更新，最新修订工作于2021年12月22日完成。
