Interference areas — WKO

As of 1 July 2013, the Decree on Soil Energy Systems is in force. This Decision includes six decisions allowing for the regulation of closed soil energy systems. This allows a municipality or possibly a province to designate so-called interference areas. Within an interference area, all closed soil energy systems are subject to authorisation. Additional policies may apply.
