As of 1 July 2013, the Decree on Soil Energy Systems is in force. This Decision includes six decisions allowing for the regulation of closed soil energy systems. This allows a municipality or possibly a province to designate so-called interference areas. Within an interference area, all closed soil energy systems are subject to authorisation. Additional policies may apply. This file contains the boundaries of the interference areas designated by the municipality and any province.
