Filtered version of the CHESS 3.0.1 human transcript annotation, retaining only full-length protein-coding and long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) transcripts. This annotation was used for guided transcript assembly and accuracy assessment in the StringTie3 paper. The annotation is based on human reference genome GRCh38.p13 (RefSeq accession GCF_000001405.39), excluding pseudoautosomal regions on chromosome Y and alternative scaffolds.
