Kyoto Progress Report Austria 1990-2005 (data 2007)

The Kyoto Protocol entered into force on 16 February 2005. This Protocol provides for a reduction of the European Union’s greenhouse gas emissions by 8 %. Austria has a reduction target of 13 % due to EU-internal regulations. The Kyoto target refers to the average of the commitment period 2008-2012 compared to the Kyoto base year 1990.《京都议定书（Kyoto Protocol）》于2005年2月16日正式生效。本议定书规定欧盟需将其温室气体排放量削减8%。根据欧盟内部相关法规，奥地利的减排目标为13%。京都减排目标以1990年为京都基准年，以2008-2012年承诺期的平均排放量作为对比核算基准。
