Purpose: we searched for new potential druggable therapeutic targets through the description of high or low abundance transcripts that might be critical for ABC DLBCL cells. The bulk of DLBCL were categorized in Cell-Of-Origen (COO) by Nanostring platform prior to deep transcriptome analysis by RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). After comparing GCB and ABC transcriptomes, a set of 79 genes were found differentially expressed (DE). By performing Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), two main pathways were enriched and were related to metabolism and immune pathways.
