Helicobacter pylori Genome sequencing. Helicobacter pylori

Helicobacter pylori were isolated from biopsy pieces of patients undergoing endoscopy at 108 Military Central Hospital, Hanoi, Vietnam in between 2020 - 2022. These patients were diagnosed with gastroduodenal ulcer and suspected gastric cancer on endoscopy. Bacteria were isolated on Pylori Agar, followed by identification by Vitek-MS. Antibiotic susceptibility testing of the confirmed H. pylori isolates was performed against Amoxillin, Clarythromycin, Metronidazol, Tetracyclin and Levofloxacin according to the Clinical Breakpoint, EUCAST 2022.
