Bicycle accidents

This dataset was built from the [body injury database](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/base-de-donnees-accidents-corporels-de-la-circulation) (accidents on a road open to public traffic, involving at least one vehicle and causing at least one victim who needed care) for the period 2005-2021. It identifies accidents in which at least **one person on a bicycle** has been involved. The seizures of information describing the accident were carried out by the law enforcement unit (police, gendarmerie, etc.) which intervened at the scene of the accident. These seizures are collected in a fact sheet entitled Body Accident Analysis Bulletin. All these forms constitute the national register of traffic accidents known as “nbsp; BAAC & nbsp; file” administered by the National Interministerial Observatory for Road Safety (ONISR). Unlike separate source data in 4  files, we have grouped the data into a single file where each row corresponds to a person. The same accident can therefore correspond to several lines, for example, if several people are present on the bike (ex   child seat), or if several bicycles were involved in the same accident (ex   fall into a platoon). We omitted some original fields, added others by calculation, and sometimes made transformations on the formats. Data codes have also been replaced by their corresponding value in the Variable Dictionary.本数据集基于[道路人身伤害事故数据库](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/base-de-donnees-accidents-corporels-de-la-circulation)（面向公共通行的道路上发生的、涉及至少一辆机动车且造成至少一名需要救治的伤者的交通事故）2005-2021年的数据构建而成。该数据集筛选出了至少涉及一名自行车骑行者的事故。事故信息的采集由赶赴事故现场的执法单位（警方、宪兵队等）完成，采集得到的信息被收录于名为《人体事故分析公报》的信息记录表中。所有此类表单共同构成了由国家跨部门道路安全观测站（ONISR）管理的全国道路交通事故登记册，即“BAAC档案”。 相较于分散存储于4个文件中的原始源数据，我们将所有数据整合至单个文件中，其中每一行对应一名事故相关人员。因此，同一事故可能对应多条记录，例如当自行车搭载多人（如儿童座椅搭载儿童），或同一起事故涉及多辆自行车（如编队骑行摔倒）的场景。我们省略了部分原始字段，通过计算新增了部分字段，部分格式也进行了转换。此外，数据编码已替换为变量词典中对应的标准取值。
