This dataset contains X files: 16S rRNA data: 16S_table.csv: Absolute abundance for each ASV. Absolute abundance were obtaines by using the relative abundance form read count and multiply it by the bacterial abundance measured through flowcytometer. ASV are rows and samples are columns. 16S_Taxonomy.csv: The taxonomy obtained for each ASV. 16S_Metadata.csv: Information on the samples ( Glacier, date, longitude, latitude, stream type,...) 18S rRNA data: 18S_otu_table.csv: Read count for each OTU. 18S ASVs were clustered into operational taxonomic units (OTUs) using a 97% identity threshold using the vsearch de novo clustering method implemented in qiime2. 18S_Taxonomy_NEW.csv: The taxonomy obtained for each OTU, updated with SILVA update in October 2021. 18S_Metadata: Information on the samples ( Glacier, date, longitude, latitude, stream type,...) ### 16S rRNA 相关数据
1. 16S_table.csv:各扩增子序列变异体(ASV, Amplicon Sequence Variant)的绝对丰度。绝对丰度通过将读长计数得到的相对丰度,乘以流式细胞仪测定的细菌丰度计算得到。该文件以ASV为行、样本为列。
2. 16S_Taxonomy.csv:各ASV对应的分类学注释信息。
3. 16S_Metadata.csv:样本相关信息,涵盖冰川、采样日期、经度、纬度、溪流类型等。
### 18S rRNA 相关数据
1. 18S_otu_table.csv:各操作分类单元(OTU, Operational Taxonomic Unit)的读长计数。本数据集的18S ASV采用QIIME2中集成的vsearch从头聚类方法,以97%相似度阈值聚类为OTU。
2. 18S_Taxonomy_NEW.csv:各OTU对应的分类学注释信息,已通过2021年10月更新的SILVA数据库完成更新。
3. 18S_Metadata:样本相关信息,涵盖冰川、采样日期、经度、纬度、溪流类型等。
### 水体理化参数数据
存储于water_data.csv,其中[DOC, Na+, Mg2+, K, Ca2+, Cl-, SO42-, NH3, NOx, PO4, NO2, SRP, 碱度]的单位为ppb(即mg/L);[Temp(温度)]单位为℃;[电导率(Conductivity)]单位为μS/cm;[浊度(Turbidity)]单位为NTU。此外包含两类水体稳定同位素数据:dD_H(氘同位素)与d18_16(氧同位素)。
### 沉积物生物量数据
存储于Biomass_data.csv,各指标说明如下:
- Chla(叶绿素a浓度):单位为μg Chla / g 干重(DM, Dry Mass)
- 细菌丰度:经流式细胞仪计数得到的细菌数量
- BCP(细菌碳生产量):单位为ng C g⁻¹DM h⁻¹
- EPS(胞外聚合物):以葡萄糖当量计,单位为g⁻¹DM
### 共现网络分析相关文件
全部存储于子文件夹/Network中,分为两类:
1. 待预处理的原始文件:GFS_Fungi_links.csv、GFS_Fungi_nodes.csv、Trib_Fungi_links.csv、Trib_Fungi_nodes.csv
2. 用于绘图的预处理后文件:GFS_links_edit.csv、GFS_node_edit.csv、Trib_links_edit.csv、Trib_node_edit.csv
