Data for a CML blackout gap detection example

<em>blackout_example_cmls.nc</em> consists of three years of data from two commercial microwave links. It includes transmitted and recieved signal levels with a temporal resolution of one minute. <em>blackout_example_radar_reference.nc</em> consists of three years of rainfall data from RADKLIM-YW, a radar product from the German Weather Service, path-averaged along the two example CMLs.
