A guide to robust statistical methods in neuroscience

This package provides data, code and notebooks to reproduce the analyses and figures in: Wilcox, R.R. & Rousselet, G.A. (2018) A Guide to Robust Statistical Methods in Neuroscience Curr Protoc Neurosci, 82. https://doi.org/10.1002/cpns.41 The general goal was to describe and illustrate some of the many improved methods for comparing groups and studying associations. General suggestions are made about which methods perform relatively well. Installing the required R functions is described in our paper. Code is provided to reproduce all the figures in the paper. All the figures are also included in pdf format. We also include notebooks describing extra simulations on power and type I error in different situations.本套件提供了复现以下论文中分析流程与图表所需的数据、代码及交互式编程笔记本（Notebook）：Wilcox, R.R. 与 Rousselet, G.A.（2018）《神经科学中的稳健统计方法指南》，刊载于《当代神经科学实验方案》（*Curr Protoc Neurosci*）第82卷，DOI: 10.1002/cpns.41。本研究的核心目标为阐述并演示诸多用于组间比较与关联分析的改进型统计方法，并就表现相对优异的方法给出通用建议。所需R函数的安装方法详见本论文。本套件提供了复现论文全部图表的代码，所有图表均以PDF格式附带。此外，本套件还包含用于描述不同情境下统计效力与一类错误额外模拟的交互式编程笔记本。
