These are the records and associated hazard data used for assessing the q-factors. 1) medium_record_set.rar: The ground motions and metadata for 3 medium seismicity European sites with PGA of ag=0.15g 2) high_record_set.rar: The ground motions and metadata for 3 high seismicity European sites with PGA of ag=0.30g 3) HZ_INNOSEIS.xlsx: The corresponding hazard curves for the 6 sites in terms of AvgSa本数据集包含用于评估q因子（q-factors）的地震动记录及相关灾害数据。1) medium_record_set.rar：收录3个地震活动性中等的欧洲场地的地震动记录与元数据，对应场地的峰值地面加速度（Peak Ground Acceleration, PGA）为ag=0.15g。2) high_record_set.rar：收录3个地震活动性高的欧洲场地的地震动记录与元数据，对应场地的PGA为ag=0.30g。3) HZ_INNOSEIS.xlsx：包含上述6个场地基于平均谱加速度（Average Spectral Acceleration, AvgSa）的对应灾害曲线。
