WFS INSPIRE BPL Sand clay pit (2nd change)

WFS service of the urbanisation plan “Sand-Lehmgrube (2nd change)” of the municipality of Frickenhausen, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.弗里克森豪森（Frickenhausen）市镇‘Sand-Lehmgrube（第二修订版）’城市化规划的WFS（Web要素服务，Web Feature Service），该服务依据INSPIRE标准完成适配转换，且基于版本5.0的XPlanung数据集构建。
