Universal Basic Income: Consumption, Human Capital, and Labor Supply

This collection includes the raw data generated by z-Tree experiments, the experimental instructions and software, and the main R script used to construct the analysis dataset for the article Universal Basic Income: Consumption, Human Capital, and Labor Supply.

We conducted laboratory experiments at the IMR Individual Decision Lab of the Nijmegen School of Management (Study 1: fixed-income scenario; Study 2: endogenous-income scenario) and at the XpeRTiSE laboratory of the Faculty of Society and Economics at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve, Germany. Participants were recruited either from course-based subject pools (Nijmegen) or via ORSEE (ORSEE) (Kleve).

During the sessions, participants completed a consent form, received standardized instructions, and made individual decisions in a z-Tree experiment (z-Tree).
