General zoning of municipal solid waste

Basic information layer that identifies, in the territory of the Provincial Plan, the areas in which there are exclusionary, penalising or preferential factors common to all types of plant for the treatment and disposal of municipal and similar waste. This theme identifies areas where plant location is not possible, areas where plant location is penalised and, finally, areas where plant location is possible.本基础信息图层用于在省级规划辖区范围内，识别所有适用于市政及同类废弃物处理处置设施类别的、存在限制性、惩罚性或优惠性因素的区域。本主题将界定三类区域：无法建设该类设施的区域、建设设施将受惩罚性约束的区域，以及可建设该类设施的区域。
