MSOT images corresponding to a scan of a mouse after subcutaneous injection of cells (day 10)

2x10⁴, 1x10⁵, and 2x10⁵ GNR-Si35-labelled (30 pM) MSCs, as well as 2x10⁵ control cells were subcutaneously injected at 4 different positions into the flank of a mouse, and monitored for up to 15 days. Scans of the regions where cells where injected were acquired with 0.3 mm steps at day 10. <br>It is shown here the images obtained after multispectral reconstruction. The backrgound (i.e. images corresponding to 860 nm) was made transparent.
