XPlanung dataset BPL “(022/05) Im Homburg”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “(022/05) Im Homburg” of the city of Lörrach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The qualified development plan is based on Par. 30 (1) BauGB at least fixings on the type and extent of the structural use, the convertible plots and the local traffic flasks. The validity of a project is assessed solely on the basis of this development plan. A construction project is acceptable if it complies with the determinations of a qualified development plan and the development is secured.开发计划（BPL）包含了约束城市规划秩序的具有法律效力的规定。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用计划为编制依据。本次可用数据为勒拉赫市（Lörrach）基于XPlanung 5.0平台编制的开发计划「(022/05) Im Homburg」。本数据集说明如下：合格开发计划须依据《建筑法典》（BauGB）第30条第1款，至少对建筑使用类型与规模、可开发地块及区域交通流量作出明确规定。项目的合法性仅以该开发计划为唯一评估依据。建筑项目若符合合格开发计划的各项规定且开发条件齐备，则可予以核准。
