Draft genome assembly of Dysgonomonas isolate BGC7. Termite Dysgonomonas isolate BGC7

Strain BGC7 was isolated from the hindgut of the Eastern subterranean termite Reticulitermes flavipes. A NexteraXT library was prepared from extracted DNA and sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq. The sequencing reads were assembled using CLC Genomics Workbench v. 7.1. The draft assembly was annotated using the RAST automatic annotation server and manually curated.
