CT scan data of wild double-crested cormorant, Phalacrocorax auritus OUVC 10645

This zip file contains DICOM images from an x-ray microcomputed tomography (µCT) scan of an injected Phalacrocorax auritus (OUVC 10645). The arteries were injected with a latex and barium solution and scanned on a GE eXplore Locus in vivo Small Animal MicroCT scanner (90µm slice thickness at 80kV and 450 µA) at the Ohio University µCT Scanning Facility.本压缩包内含经动脉注射处理的双冠鸬鹚（Phalacrocorax auritus，标本编号OUVC 10645）的X射线显微计算机断层扫描（µCT）所得的医学数字成像与通信（DICOM）图像。该样本的动脉被注入乳胶与钡盐混合溶液，于俄亥俄大学µCT扫描中心使用GE eXplore Locus 活体小动物显微CT扫描仪完成扫描，扫描参数为80kV、450μA，层厚90μm。
