该菌株在CM0077培养基上24℃生长良好,需氧类型为好氧可用于分类;研究。可采用-80℃冰箱冻结法;真空冷冻干燥法进行保藏。菌株在CYA培养基上,25℃培养7d,菌落直径75-80mm;菌丝白色,分生孢子结构少,浅黄色;质地丝绒状;菌落反面浅黄色;无渗出液产生;无可溶性色素产生;菌株在曲霉素培养基(AFPA)25℃,培养48h,菌落反面为浅黄色。孢梗茎长,壁平滑或稍粗糙,宽5-20μm;分生孢子头辐射状,直径为22-65μm;顶囊球形或烧瓶形,直径13-35μm,表面二分之一或四分之三可育;产孢结构单层或双层,梗基5-10×4-6μm,瓶梗5-13×3.5-5μm;分生孢子近球形或椭圆形,长轴直径3-5.5μm,壁稍粗糙。
This strain grows well at 24°C on CM0077 medium, and it is aerobic, which is suitable for classification and research. It can be preserved via -80°C freezer storage or vacuum freeze-drying. When cultivated on CYA medium at 25°C for 7 days, the colony diameter reaches 75-80 mm; the hyphae are white, with sparse conidial structures and pale yellow color; the texture is velvety; the reverse side of the colony is pale yellow; no exudates or soluble pigments are produced. When cultivated on aflatoxin medium (AFPA) at 25°C for 48 hours, the reverse side of the colony remains pale yellow. Stipes are long, with smooth or slightly rough walls, measuring 5-20 μm in width; conidial heads are radiate, with a diameter of 22-65 μm; vesicles are spherical or flask-shaped, 13-35 μm in diameter, with 1/2 or 3/4 of their surface being fertile; the sporulating structures are uniseriate or biseriate, with metulae of 5-10×4-6 μm and phialides of 5-13×3.5-5 μm; conidia are subglobose or ellipsoidal, with a long axis diameter of 3-5.5 μm and slightly rough walls.
