Data for: Shifts in the relative abundance and activity of sediment ammonia-oxidizing archaea and bacteria along environmental gradients of an urban river-estuary-adjacent sea continuum

This dataset contains the ammonia oxidation archaea (AOA) and bacteria (AOB) data measured for the sediments in the Shanghai urban river network, the Yangtze Estuary, and the adjacent East China Sea. Specific parameters include AOA and AOB amoA gene abundance and the potential ammonia oxidation rate (PAR) of AOA (PARaoa) and AOB (PARaob), as well as the sum of both (PARtot).

本数据集涵盖针对上海城市河网、长江口及毗邻东海水域沉积物所测得的氨氧化古菌（ammonia oxidation archaea, AOA）与氨氧化细菌（ammonia oxidation bacteria, AOB）相关数据。具体参数包括AOA与AOB的amoA基因丰度，以及AOA的潜在氨氧化速率（PARaoa）、AOB的潜在氨氧化速率（PARaob），同时包含二者的速率总和（PARtot）。
