RNAseq data generated from Neospora caninum NC-Liverpool and NC-Nowra tachyzoites

The RNAseq data generated from N. caninum tachyzoites was used to assemble a de novo transcriptome for the NC-Liverpool isolate. This was used as a reference to identify sequence variants against RNAseq reads generated from the NC-Nowra isolate. The data provided consists of aligned NC-Nowra reads to the NC-Liverpool reference transcriptome, in BAM format.
