Rooming House by Organisation

This dataset is csv format of the online rooming house regsiter search through the Consumer Affairs Victoria website. A rooming house is a building where one or more room are available to rent, and four or more people in total can occupy those rooms. Registered rooming houses are required to meet minimum standards for privacy, security, safety and amenity. This information in this regsiter is maintained by local councils.

本数据集为通过维多利亚州消费者事务署（Consumer Affairs Victoria）官网在线检索得到的寄宿住宅登记信息，格式为CSV（逗号分隔值）。寄宿住宅指可出租一间或多间客房，且总居住人数不少于四人的建筑。已完成登记的寄宿住宅需满足隐私、安保、安全及配套设施的最低标准。该登记信息由地方议会负责维护。
