The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Nüssle” of the town of Schwaigern from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Mixed (MI)/General Residential Area (WA)/Commercial Area, Priority Use WA, MI, GE.开发规划（BPL）包含约束城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的条款。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制依据。本次可用数据集为施瓦伊根（Schwaigern）镇基于XPlanung 5.0标准的“Nüssle”开发规划。说明：混合用途区（MI）/一般居住区（WA）/商业区，优先用途为WA、MI、GE。
