Results of Tests with Bioluminescent Bacteria Vibrio fischeri on Water and Sediment Samples from the Pasto River Section: La Playita-Puente La Carolina 2015.

These are the results of bioassays with bioluminescent bacteria Vibrio fischeri, on water samples and organic extracts of sediments from the Pasto River in the strech La Platyita-PUente La Carolina, in the city of Pasto (Nariño-Colombia) in two sampling periods (wet period and dry period) in 2015. The tests were performed by the laboratories of the Javeriana University in the city of Cali (Valle del Cauca, Colombia) using ISO 11348-3:2007.

本数据集为2015年两个采样周期（湿季与干季）内，针对哥伦比亚纳里尼奥省帕斯托市帕斯托河拉普拉蒂塔-拉卡罗拉大桥河段的水样及沉积物有机提取物的发光细菌费氏弧菌（Vibrio fischeri）生物测定实验结果。该实验由哥伦比亚考卡山谷省卡利市的哈维里亚纳大学实验室依据ISO 11348-3:2007标准开展。
