This study aims to explore the differential genes in the transcriptome sequencing of the spinal dorsal horn between postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) mouse models and control mice. D1, D2, and D3 represent three samples of the spinal dorsal horn from mice infected with inactive HSV-1, while E1, E2, and E3 represent three samples of the spinal dorsal horn from mice infected with active HSV-1.
