Bryophytes are the main flora of Antarctica. Due to climate change, they suffer more harmful cold stress in Antarctica. However, the molecular mechanism of Antarctic moss adapting to low temperature stress is still unclear. In the study, RNA sequencing technology was used to analyze gene transcription of Antarctic moss Pohlia nutans under low temperature stress. By comparing the control group and the experimental group cold-treated at different times, the differentially expressed genes in Antarctic moss were analyzed.
