Derived data and analysed micro-CT stacks for "Support, Resolution and Segmentation Effects on Micro-CT Estimates of Porosity, Specific Surface and Box-Counting Dimension in Carbonate Rocks"
收藏资源简介:
Open-format derived data (CSV, JSON, compressed TIFF) and the analysed micro-CT stacks supporting the article "Support, Resolution and Segmentation Effects on Micro-CT Estimates of Porosity, Specific Surface and Box-Counting Dimension in Carbonate Rocks" (Mathematical Geosciences, submitted). Produced by drp-carbonates v1.0.0 (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23818175) from the micro-CT images of an Indiana Limestone and a Silurian Dolomite (Ferreira et al. 2020, https://doi.org/10.17612/V09Y-AW80). Files: drp-carbonates-derived-data-v1.0.0.zip holds every number reported in the article (results.json), full-precision tables, porosity profiles, variance–volume curves and fits, box-counting curves with occupancy, two-point correlation functions, cluster-size and pore-size distributions, edge-spread profiles, replicate sub-volume measurements and binary pore masks of the 20-mm cubes; its README.md is the data dictionary (licence CC BY 4.0). Calcite-1_analysed_stack_1516_slices.zip and Dolomite-3_analysed_stack_1453_slices.zip are the two rectangular crops analysed in the article (16-bit TIFF slices of 556 x 494 x 1516 and 926 x 778 x 1453 voxels). The stacks are crops of the reconstructions published by Ferreira, Surmas, Silva and Peçanha (2020) and are redistributed under the source's ODC-BY 1.0 licence with that attribution; the position of the crops within the reconstructions was not recorded. The full reconstructions are available from the source dataset.
