Fecal metagenomic sequecing

Fecal metagenomic sequencing of four groups of rats including normal, DSS-induced, DSS-induced followed by viable B. infantis B8762 administration, and DSS-induced followed by heat-killed B. infantis B8762 administration groups was performed to investigate the effects of viable B. infantis B8762 and viable B. infantis B8762 on the gut mictobiota structure of DSS-induced IBD rats.
