Established data standards for the distribution of environmental antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs), and completed the construction of the antibiotic resistance gene database. Collected more than 200,000 entries of antibiotic resistance genes, integrated ARG types and classifications, sample types, habitat characteristics, geographic information, environmental matrix information, information on associated pollutants (antibiotics) and abundance information to form a comprehensive data resource of environmental antibiotic resistance genes.
