In the current study, we investigated the potential roles of miRNAs in economically important indica rice variety Pusa Basmati upon Rhizoctonia solani infection. We have performed in-depth small RNA sequencing with a total data size of 435 million reads for rice leaf RNA samples collected at different time series points of R. solani post-infection.
