Central Asian Food Dataset (CAFD)是由纳扎尔巴耶夫大学的智能系统和人工智能研究所创建的一个专注于中亚地区美食的数据集。该数据集包含16,499张图片，涵盖42种中亚特色菜肴，旨在通过图像识别技术辅助个性化饮食干预。创建过程中，研究团队通过网络爬虫从搜索引擎和社交媒体收集图片，使用Roboflow软件进行图像处理和标注。CAFD的应用领域广泛，包括改善食品质量、开发新食谱、优化生产流程及提升食品安全等。

Central Asian Food Dataset (CAFD) is a cuisine dataset dedicated to Central Asian regional dishes, developed by the Institute of Intelligent Systems and Artificial Intelligence at Nazarbayev University. It contains 16,499 images covering 42 iconic Central Asian specialty dishes, and aims to assist personalized dietary interventions via image recognition technologies. During its development, the research team collected images from search engines and social media through web scraping, and performed image processing and annotation using Roboflow software. CAFD has a wide range of application scenarios, including improving food quality, developing new recipes, optimizing production processes, and enhancing food safety.
