Comparison of wild type (WT) and Cox2 KO mice.

Mice from both 12-d and 21-d infusion studies were pooled for weight, BMD, and femur length. Lean mass and % fat were measured only in the 12-d study. Except for femur length, which was measured on vehicle-treated mice at the end of infusion, all other parameters were measured 1 day prior to beginning infusion.
