Litopenaeus vannamei is an important model crustacean, which has gradually become one of the economic aquaculture species in saline-alkali water fisheries. Therefore, this study explored the molecular and metabolic mechanisms of activation in Litopenaeus vannamei under high pH and high alkalinity treatment, which is the mechanism of Litopenaeus vannamei under stress ; coping strategies in the environment provide new insights.
