Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Perimeters of the PPRi MORTAGNE

This dataset contains the boundaries at the different stages of the development of the PPRi MORTAGNE in the Vosges department. The characteristic of these perimeters is to be the consequence of an official act and to produce their effects from a specified date. This is the following: — prescribed scope contained in the prescription order of a PPR (natural or technological); — scope of risk exposure that corresponds to the scope regulated by the approved RPP. This approved perimeter is a utility easement (PM1 for PPRNs and PM3 for PPRTs); — scope of study which corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied.本数据集收录了法国孚日省境内PPRi莫尔塔涅（PPRi MORTAGNE）各开发阶段的边界范围。 此类边界范围的核心特征为：均由官方法定文件制定，并自指定生效日期起产生法律效力。 具体包含以下三类： —— 由自然类或技术类风险预防规划（PPR）的指令文书所载明的法定范围； —— 风险暴露范围：即经核准的风险预防规划（RPP）所规制的范围。该核准边界属于公用地役权范畴（针对自然类风险预防规划PPRNs为PM1，针对技术类风险预防规划PPRTs为PM3）； —— 研究范围：即开展灾害风险评估所覆盖的空间包络范围。
