It serves three purposes: first, helping maintenance companies optimize the allocation of safety management and operation personnel; second, enabling local regulatory authorities to hold talks with, strengthen supervision over, and increase the daily maintenance frequency and content for maintenance companies with an evaluation result of "warning" based on the analysis of their overdue maintenance data, thereby reducing elevator safety hazards; third, providing data support for relevant personnel in formulating cooperation plans. 1. Data Collection: Relevant data on overdue elevator maintenance incidents involving various elevator maintenance companies in Foshan City is collected via elevator IoT devices and alarm receiving platforms. 2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze and organize the collected raw data to obtain the required fields: maintenance company, statistics period, region, maintenance type, number of overdue maintenance elevators, and number of involved residential communities. 3. Data Calculation: The proportion of overdue maintenance elevators for a single company = Total annual overdue maintenance elevators of the company / Total annual overdue maintenance elevators in XX City; The proportion of involved residential communities for a single company = Total annual involved residential communities of the company / Total annual involved residential communities in XX City. The sample data demonstrates the situation of one maintenance company, and the data package contains data of multiple maintenance companies, with the company name presented in the data field in the form of (Company Name). 4. Early Warning Evaluation: The IF function is adopted to perform graded evaluation on algorithm results. For the proportion of overdue maintenance elevators: if 0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1, Evaluation A is marked as "+"; if proportion > 0.1, Evaluation A is marked as "-". For the proportion of involved residential communities: if 0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1, Evaluation B is marked as "+"; if proportion > 0.1, Evaluation B is marked as "-". When both Evaluation A and Evaluation B are "+", the overall evaluation of the company is qualified; all other scenarios are evaluated as "warning". Maintenance companies with an evaluation result of "warning" will be subject to official talks, enhanced supervision, and increased daily maintenance frequency and content, so as to reduce elevator safety risks.
