NetMob 2023

This dataset is a high-resolution mobile traffic dataset that encompasses multi-regional and service-level information for 68 popular services across 20 metropolitan areas in France. The geospatial reference precision for each region is up to 100 square meters. The data was collected over a consecutive 77-day period in 2019. The mobile traffic data is aggregated hourly, and classified into distinct categories including social, work, gaming, and streaming services based on the calculation of upload and download traffic volumes. This dataset has high spatial resolution, with a grid cell size of 100 square meters. The downstream task of this dataset aims to generate urban region embeddings.
