Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing from donkeys

Using whole-genome sequencing, 6 transcriptome sequencing, and 8 Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing data from 175 domestic donkeys, based on GWAS, selection signature analysis, comparison of inter-group transcription patterns, and fine mapping of significant signals, identified the graying coat phenotype of Hetian gray donkeys was associated with a deletion in the second intron of ASIP gene.
