Inspire SL Land Use Building Plans Gersheim

This INSPIRE dataset contains transformed circles of the development plans of the municipality of Gersheim, Saar into the INSPIRE data model “Landuse”. The transformation was carried out in accordance with the Landuse (Planned Land Use) guideline in version 4.0. The development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning system. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.本INSPIRE数据集将德国萨尔州格尔斯海姆（Gersheim）自治市发展规划的经转换成果，适配至INSPIRE"土地利用（Landuse）"数据模型。本次转换严格遵循4.0版《土地利用（规划土地用途）》指南执行。该发展规划包含城市规划体系内具备法定约束力的各项划定内容，原则上，发展规划需以土地利用规划为基础编制。
