As of 2020, the EU has published three regulations on lighting efficiency. This Excel tool can be used to calculate the corresponding luminous efficacy [lm/W] for each regulation. Compiled as part of the research project "What factors drive innovation in energy technologies? The role of technology spillovers and government investment", funded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
