Secondary-market credit spread benchmark for AI-infrastructure ("Neocloud") issuer bonds, published by SpreadBench as index family NCSX (Neocloud Credit Spread Index). IMPORTANT — data status: SEED (demo series). Identifier verification covers 5 of 20 constituents; the 90-day history and per-bond spreads are a deterministic, self-acknowledged seed series, not observed market quotes; the benchmark is a single-rate 4.02% US Treasury snapshot, not a duration-matched curve. A verified dataset will be published as a separate record once FINRA TRACE licensing and real CUSIP verification are in place. Do not quote seed values as observed market levels. Methodology (v0.1.1): single-bond spread = (trade-volume-weighted YTW − US Treasury benchmark) × 100; index = face-value-weighted average across constituents.
