WMS INSPIRE BPL Lachenfeld Upper and Under Kirchweg 4th Amendment

WMS service of the urban development plan “Lachenfeld upper and under the Kirchweg 4th change” of the city of Mahlberg, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.马勒贝格（Mahlberg）市《拉兴费尔德上下基希韦格4号变更》城市开发规划的Web地图服务（Web Map Service, WMS），以5.0版本的XPlanung（XPlanung）数据集为基础，按照欧盟空间信息基础设施规范（INSPIRE）的要求完成了适配转换。
