Data and code for: Spawning-season thermal exposure reveals adult-margin and recruitment-endpoint mismatch in flatfish stocks

This repository contains the data and code supporting the manuscript “Spawning-season thermal exposure reveals adult-margin and recruitment-endpoint mismatch in flatfish stocks”. It includes derived stock-year tables, event inventories, supplementary tables, model outputs, figure-generation scripts and reproducibility metadata for an endpoint-screening analysis of modern Pleuronectidae stocks. The analysis links RAM Legacy recruitment and biomass records, stock-boundary spawning-season thermal exposure, adult upper thermal-tolerance anchors, recruitment-risk classifications, OISST sea-surface temperature and a GLORYS bottom-temperature sensitivity check. The repository is intended to support manuscript review and reproducibility; it does not constitute a preprint of the manuscript.
